Butterfly

Just thought I would post this (seeing as I've been a very lazy blogger of late!) I seem to have lost my mojo, again! I thought not working would mean I was really inspired to get behind my craft desk and create, turns out I have a list of jobs as long as my arm and I don't seem to be getting all the cleaning, washing etc done.  I'm guessing I was more focussed when I was working.  Although I'm working today (a one off) and somehow I'm here chatting to you rather than getting on with the mountain load of washing or getting the lounge hoovered! Good job I have a loving, forgiving husband!

Anyway, over to the card .....

I did this so long ago I can barely remember what I did.  I thinnk those are Papermania Hampton flower stamps, coloured with copics (on kraft nonetheless, something new, go me!) green cardstock, black diecut butterfly with stickles and a sentiment, simples as they say!

Crafty Sentiments - Leaves

This week's challenge at Crafty Sentiments is Leaves and I used this gorgeous image called Eating Strawberries, isn't she a cutie?  She's coloured with copics and I created the background using a leaf stamp  and then popped the image on a black panel.

Don't forget to check out my teammates beautiful creations.

Here are some of the products I used:

For my sisters

I'm fairly sure my sisters don't read my blog so I think I'm safe posting these.  My little sis is in Madrid as part of her uni course so I thought I would just send her a sort of 'welcome to your new flat' card.  I wanted to use my new Waltzingmouse stamps so here's what I came up with;

I used the Waltzingmouse Compact Family stamp set and Heroines - Fairy Princess.

And as the middle one of us is in Australia I sent her this birthday card toady (hope it reaches her in time!)  Again I used my Waltzingmouse Compact Family stamp set a Pollycraft digi image - Sonny Honeycloud Cards and Cupcakes (sadly no longer available!)

I used my brand new camera (what an amazing hubby I have:):):):) Hope my pics look ok I'm still trying to work it all out!
