TSG - One layer with pop

Over at TSG their new challenge is to create a one layer card with a pop - it's difficult to see but my girl is popped up on dimensionals. This image is from the Blossom by Blossom , she's coloured with copics and I finished the card off with bakers twine.

Male card

Saw the G is for challenge over at Cards for men and just had to enter my latest GOLF card! A must in my stash as both my Dad and Grandad are golfers (my Mum too!) As you can tell I was inspired by PTI's framed, I used a Waltzingmouse sentiment and Papermania's golfer.

Crafty Sentiments - Ribbons and bows

Hi all and welcome to Crafty Sentiments new release 'Summer of Fun' blog hop and this week's challenge.  Hope you have enjoyed all our projects, these are such cute stamps!

Today's card is also for our challenge - Ribbon and bows. I have to say I have cheated somewhat, my card does have a bow but I'm afraid I've used thread instead of ribbon (please forgive me!)

I've used this cute 'Summer of Fun' image of Billy swimming which I coloured with my copics and Derwent coloursoft pencils and then I've added my own computer generated sentiment.

Hopefully you should have arrived here from Hazel's blog, in which case leave me a comment here and then pop on over to Jan's blog and check out her fabby creation.

You can be in with a chance of winning the 1 of the 4 New Main Summer of Fun Character stamps from us. They are amazing. Four of you will receive 1 each of the stamps. So you have a great chance of winning.

Summer of Fun Day 1

Hi all and welcome to Crafty Sentiments

'Summer of Fun'

For the next 3 days we're showing you the new cuteness that is the new Primrose and Billy stamps. I adore these little guys :) Then on Thursday we've got a new challenge for you as well as an opportunity to win some amazing stamps!!!

I have chosen to use Primrose 'Riding the waves' for today.  I created the sunshine background using an ink technique that I found here and then popped a piece of blue card which I punched with my Fiskars waves border punch. I coloured the image with my copics, cut out and and mounted. I then did the stupidest thing ever, I decided to use glitter! Don't get me wrong, glitter looks pretty just not all over my desk and, well, me!  I used Doodlebug Designs double sided letters which I then covered in alternate gold and red glitter.

Don't forget to check out the rest of my teammates amazing creations and pop back tomorrow to see another preview of the Summer of Fun stamps.

Crafty Sentiments - No Sentiment

Morning all, just want to start off by saying Happy Anniversary to my gorgeous husband.  10 years ago today we started our lives together and I wouldn't be without him, thank you sweetheart. And because I can't find a picture of Rich and I together I thought I would show you the 5 of us together, and just because I like it one of our beautiful kids instead (I know, I know I'm biased! )

On a totally different note today is a new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments and this week's one is quite a hard one for me - No Sentiment.  I always feel a card needs a sentiment to be complete (with a few exceptions) and hopefully this card is one of those exceptions.

I've used one of the cute Amy digi stamps, which I've coloured with my copics. I've used my nesties to create the frame and created the background using punched flowers and leaves.

Fairy Wishes

With 2 girls in the house it is always useful to have a couple of girly birthday cards in my stash.

I coloured this card with my copics and my gold glitter pen and then inked the edge by using my nesties to frame it. I added some Pink Petticaot dp, glitter ribbon and a Paula Pascual sentiment.

Boys

Just recently I seem to have had to create  load of boys birthday cards as there are quite a few more boys in my girls' class. So I decided to create a few more for my stash. I've had these sizzix doll dies for ages and the girls have loved creating their own little dolls but for some reason I haven't used them on a card so I decided it was time to try. So here are my creations:

These cards are for the Cards for men anything goes challenge

Crafty Sentiments - Dies and Punches

Hi all and welcome back to another Crafty Sentiments challenge and this week's challenge is Dies and punches.

I have used a load of the new Crafty Sentiments releases. I adore Billy and Primrose and as I couldn't decide which one to use I used them all!  They're all stamped onto coloured paper then I used a square nestie to cut them out.  I also used one of my new dies to create the circle border, took me ages to pop all those dots in so I hope you like it!!

Don't forget to check out my teamates amazing creations and have a go at creating your own  project.
