Crafty Sentiments - Mother's Day

This week at Crafty Sentiments Challenge it's me hosting and I my theme is Mother's Day, great timing as I really ought to get mine in the post today (for those of us in the UK Mothering Sunday is this Sunday)


For my card I used This gorgeous Girl with Heart and I used some of the cool Crafty Sentiments digi papers.  I also used my new lacy circles nesties, coloured with copics, paper pieced the dress and boots and handwrote the sentiment :)

I used quite a few Crafty Sentiments images for this card, I used Amy with basket 1, fence image and Spring Circles as my sentiment.

There she goes

There She Goes challenge is to create a monochromatic background with an image popped up so here's my interpretation.

Make it Colourful

Over at Make it colourful, they have a great kiddies challenge and seeing as my girls are always colouring I thought this might be a great time to share some of their creations!  The current challenge is to colour with pink.  I recently bought a few Magnolia stamps and the girls insisted I stamped them a few images while I was trying then out.  This image is Jessica's, she adores my glitter pens and coloured the majority of these with glitter pens - perfect for a Fairy Tilda don't you agree! For a nearly 5 year old I'm really proud of her colouring skills :)

Crafty Sentiments - Animals

Crafty Sentiments Challenge this week is  ANIMALS, quite an easy one, especially as there is a new release today of these gorgeous little bears, just take a look.  There is also a mini pack release today which included 3 Digis, Papers, Stamp & Sentiments.  And this week's prize will be our mini release pack....

Well anyway, onto my card ....

I tried out this new technique for colouring around the edges again, I think this looks better than the last one! Enjoy!

3rd Birthday

This is the 2nd birthday card, this is for Andrew who will be 3 very soon (far too soon for my liking!!!)  I recently got a Changito set of stamps and since Drew is always being a little monkey I figured I would do him a monkey card. 


This card is for Cute Card Thursday Challenge, it's their 3rd birthday, how appropriate!!
