Hi all. We're off to the Lake District for a fortnight's camping holiday this week (fingers crossed for good weather please!) so I'm sorry if I'm not around to comment on all your lovely cards. It also means my DigiSparkle monthly freebie will be late - sorry!
However, I will leave you with a parting gift. Here is one of my more recent cards, this is using my Shoes set over at DigiSparkle.

Relax...Pamper...Enjoy...
I used my nesties for this one. I cut out some papermania paper with my oval nestie and used my labels nestie to cut out my DigiSparkle image (yes another sneak peek from a set called Bathtime). I then added the seniment (Yes, I handwrote it.)
This card is for these challenges:
Stamp something - Happy
Bunny Zoe's - Nice & girly
Papertake - Ice cream colours (Strawberry with a dash of chocolate sauce!)

Family
I absolutely adore this image from Pollycraft (I can't seem to find it on their website - I think it was a freebie). I've finally coloured it (with copics of course) and popped it on a card! I took my inspiration from the CPS sketch and went from there. I've used Smirk papers and some purple card I had.
I think this would be perfect for a new baby card.

Bookworm
I know it's another post, but I actually had an hour's free time this morning (I must say the silence was definitely bliss!) and I got really carried away!
This little cutie is by Elizabeth Dulemba, a children's illustrator, she has quite a few freebies on her website. I decided this little bookworm would work as a male card so I went down that theme and went with this blue and green colour scheme.
This card is for these challenges:
Dasiy Doodles - Manly + digi image
Papertake weekly - Sketch
Sweet Stampin - Boys
Stampin Sisiters in Christ - Animals
One Stitch at a time - Male card
Copic Creations - Animals
Yes, I know this is my second post for today but i seem to have suddenly got my mojo back recently and I can't seem to stop!
This card is Just to say ... well, I don't know what I want to say yet but I know I love this image, so summery! This is a digi image is called Penny and is from Michelle Perkett and I thought it was perfect for all those summer themed challenges. It also reminds me of my youngest daughter, she is such a water lover and spent the most of last week in the paddling pool! This is another CAS card as it definitely seems to be my style of choice at the moment. I used my nesties to create the background and I coloured Penny with my copics. I added the sentiment using a blue gel pen (just try and ignore the fact that you can still see the pencil marks I haven't rubbed out!)
This card is for these challenges:
Little Paper Shop - Red, yellow and blue
The Sisterhood of crafters - children
Stampin for the weekend - Summer
Stamping with the dragon - Summer
rain or shine ...
A smirk inspired project today, I did this with my latest smirk stamp set. I masked the image to create the background ( I wish I had sponged the ink on rather than applied it directly - oh well, we live and learn!) I coloured with copics (yes, what else!). Not sure the umbrella is coloured right - looks too bright compared to the pastel style of the rest of the card!
This card is for these challenges:
Simplicity - One layer Wednesday, masking
Creative Cottage - Pink
ABC - W is for weather

DigiSparkle Father's day stamp set
This card was using one of my latest releases over at DigiSparkle, it's perfect for those Father's Day cards we need to make. Hopefully this is the first of many that I want to make with his set! This is definitely my fav style at the moment - CAS! I coloured and highlighted this with my copics (but this image would really suit paper piecing) and then cut out and layered with my square nesties.
If you're in the mood to buy I'm offering a BOGOF (Buy one get one free), just add 2 stamps to your cart and then use this code: NEWSJUNE3H.

A flurry of snow in June
Here's my untimely flurry of snow. I recently bought Stampendous' Perfectly Clear Snowflake Symphony stamp set and well I kinda got carried away. I made this set of cards (mainly for the SCS Christmas card challenge) but I used some other challenges for inspiration.
These are the five together:
This card is for the CAS FTL 93 I decided to make this a one layer card and as one of my first attempts at masking I'm relatively pleased with the results:
This card is for Susan's Simplicity One Layer Wednesday , Repetition and Die Cut Dream's Christmas Club, Snowflakes:
I really like the pale pink for the snowflakes it's so unchristmassy! (I don't think that's a real word!) Just a shame my sentiment doesn't look that great, oh well practice makes perfect!
I made this card with CAS-tastic, focus on sentiments, in mind:
Hope you like the home-made button - a nestie and an Xcut ribbon slits punch! I made this for the DigiDoodles, buttons challenge:

Vintage
This is a vintage style card (well as near as I'll get to vintage!) for the ABC challenge . I mainly did it to use one of my new nesties, I think I like the layout but I'm not sure about the colours (but maybe thats just because it isn't my 'go to' style!) I also found this fits into the Sisterhood of crafters challenge (pure luck!)
Sneak preview
This is one of my newest creations and as I'd coloured it and made it in a card I felt an urge to blog it! This will be part of a bathtime set, it kinda reflects my kids in the bath (when they're not drowning the bathroom!)
I really enjoyed creating the background out of these brightly coloured circles (and then I ruined it by adding ink round the edge - can't remember why I thought it was a good idea!)
This card is for these challenges:
Digi Tuesday - Trends (I would say this has a retro, funky feel what with all the bright colours)
The Pink Elephant - Bright fun colours
Oh Alice! - Muchness (your style - I would say this has a CAS feel to it that is really becoming my style!)

One-Layer Wednesday - Overlapping
This card is for Susan's One Layer Wednesday Challenge. Her challenge has definitely challenged me (and unfortunately for my bank balance has inspired me to spend!) This card uses a shall stamp I've had for ages and never known how to use. I must say, I do love the simplicty of this card, CAS is definitley my fave style at the moment. I sat down to this and quite a few other cards followed (you'll probably see them over the next few days).
